The DOP Masterclass is a specialized cinematography program based on professional filmmaking technology, on-set work, and direct collaboration with active cinematographers.
The program focuses on the practical aspects of contemporary film production—working with ARRI and SONY cameras, modern film lenses, shooting in the studio and on location, and integrating footage into the post-production process.
The course takes the form of masterclasses led by various cinematographers and specialists working on film productions.

DOP Masterclass
A practical, advanced-level course in cinematography. It prepares students for independent, professional work as a cinematographer. The course may be taught partially in English.

5 sessions, 13 days of classes, approximately 100 hours, including 11 days of hands-on training with advanced camera and lighting equipment

5 weekend sessions, each lasting 3 days. Classes are held on Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Theoretical classes held at the AMA Film Academy. An introduction to the technological and artistic aspects related to the theme of the session, as well as preparation for the practical portion.
Saturday–Sunday (10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.)
Hands-on workshops in the form of cinematography masterclasses held in professional production facilities. Participants work on a film set using professional cinematography equipment.

Classes are conducted using ARRI and SONY camera systems, as well as modern film lenses used in feature film and TV series productions.
Shooting on 35 mm film
The program includes work with a film camera and anamorphic optics in the Cinemascope format along with the full laboratory process and digitization of the material.
Classes in professional production facilities
The workshops are held at industry-specific facilities, including Non Stop Film Service, the Documentary and Feature Film Studio, and DI Factory.
Masterclasses led by active cinematographers
The classes are led by cinematographers working on film and TV series productions.

To participate, you must have at least an intermediate level of proficiency in working with film footage.
To complete the course, participants must complete an individual cinematography assignment that demonstrates their technical and practical skills.
This assignment is graded during the final exam.
Working with Professional Film Equipment
Participants work with professional camera systems from ARRI and SONY, modern film lenses, and a full range of film set infrastructure.
Access to professional production facilities
Classes are held at industry-specific facilities used in film production, including the Non Stop Film Service studios, the Documentary and Feature Film Studio, DI Factory, and the AMA Film Academy studio.
Experience with Analog Imaging
The program includes shooting on 35 mm film using anamorphic lenses, as well as an introduction to the lab process and the digitization of the footage.
Work directly with cinematographers
The masterclasses are led by active cinematographers who work on major, well-known feature films, TV series, and documentaries.
Filming scenes on set
Practical classes include work in the studio and on location, both day and night, as well as the production of narrative scenes and technical tests.
