Scope of Data Collected

  1. Personal data provided by users via electronic forms is stored by the Controller in accordance with the rules set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR), and in the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926).

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of:

  • analysing network traffic, ensuring security within the Website, and adapting content to users’ needs, on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • answering the questions asked and conducting correspondence in order to handle the matter, on the basis of your consent and the Controller’s legitimate interest, which is fulfilling users’ requests (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

Cookies

  1. To make the Website easier to use, the mechanism managing it uses technology known as cookies — information saved by the Controller’s server on the user’s computer. This technology is not used to obtain any data about the persons visiting the Website. The user may, at any time, disable the option of accepting cookies in their web browser. This may, however, cause certain difficulties in using the Website.
  2. The Website uses the following cookies:
    • PHPSESSID — a session cookie that is created and exists only for the duration of the browser session. It is essential for the correct operation of the Website.
    • cookieAgree — a cookie that saves settings regarding the display of the message informing that the Website uses cookies.
    • _utma — a cookie saved on the computer’s disk during the first visit to a given website. It contains a unique identification number by which the analytics tool can recognise a unique user and a new user.
    • _utmb — the _utmb cookie is responsible for storing information about a given visit.
    • _utmc — a cookie cooperating with _utmb, whose task is to determine whether tracking of new visits should begin, or whether the collected data should be counted towards existing visits.
    • _utmz — a cookie containing information about the sources of visits. Thanks to it, visits from search engines, among others, can be counted. The file is updated after each page view and its lifespan is 6 months.
  3. Changing the conditions for storing or receiving cookies is possible by configuring the settings in web browsers, e.g.:
    • in Internet Explorer;
    • in Mozilla Firefox;
    • in Chrome;
    • in Opera;
    • in Safari.
  4. The collected server logs (IP address, domain) are stored for an indefinite period and used to generate statistics that help in administering the Website. These summaries are collective in nature and do not contain any features identifying the persons visiting the Website. The logs are not disclosed to persons unconnected with managing the Website.

Right to Withdraw Consent

  2. Data related to network traffic analysis, collected through cookies and similar technologies, may be stored until the cookie expires. Some cookies never expire; therefore the data retention period will be equivalent to the time necessary for the Controller to achieve the purposes related to data collection, such as ensuring security and analysing historical data related to website traffic.

Rights under the GDPR Regarding Data Processing

You have the right to:

  • request access to your data from the Controller, as well as to receive copies of it (Article 15 GDPR);
  • request that the Controller rectify or correct the data (Article 16 GDPR) — with regard to a request for rectification, when you notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
  • request that the Controller erase the data (Article 17 GDPR);
  • request that the Controller restrict the processing of the data (Article 18 GDPR);
  • lodge a complaint in connection with the Controller’s processing of your personal data with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Responsibility for the Privacy Policy of Other Websites

The Controller is not responsible for the privacy policy of websites to which links are placed on the pages of the Website.
