The recruitment process helps us assess your aptitude, motivation, level of preparation, and readiness for project-based work. You don’t need to have professional experience—what matters is what you want to do and the direction in which you want to grow.

Requirements
- an interest in film, visuals, sound, acting, screenwriting, or production
- willingness to work on projects and as part of a team, motivation
- A portfolio, samples of work, or prior experience are welcome but not required

Recruitment stages
1. Online Registration
- Select a major, city, or mode of study
- Fill out the application form for the program of your choice, and you will receive a confirmation email
2. Job Interview
- The interview takes place on the scheduled date—its purpose is to assess your motivation, aptitude, and level of preparation
- If you have any work samples (videos, photos, writing, a portfolio), you can present them during the interview—this is an added bonus, not a requirement
3. Admissions Results
- The AMA Secretariat is announcing the results of the admissions process
- Once you’ve been selected, you’ll receive details on the next steps
