She graduated with a degree in Polish philology and cultural studies from the University of Łódź. She publishes articles and festival reports in publications such as “Zwierciadło,” “Film&TVKamera,”“Gazeta Wyborcza,” “Magazyn Filmowy,” and “Kino.”
She organized the Polish Film Festival in London, as well as the 3rd Polish Film Festival in London. She also served as artistic director of Cinergia in Łódź. Since 2001, she has been a member of FIPRESCI and a jury member in the critics’ section at the festivals in Cannes, Venice, Karlovy Vary, and Gdynia.
She received a special award from the Kamera Akcja Festival for her contribution to film criticism.
