Lecturer Profile

One of the most talented and well-known Polish production designers. A member of the Polish Film Academy and the European Film Academy (EFA). Endowed with an exceptionally vivid imagination and an keen eye for detail, she is able to evocatively recreate the realities of pre-war Poland, the kitschy scenery of 1980s dance halls, and the atmosphere of a contemporary provincial town.

Winner of the award for production design at the Gdynia Polish Feature Film Festival and the Polish Film Academy’s Orzeł Award for production design for the film “Venice” (2010) by Jan Jakub Kolski, and was nominated for the Orzeł Award for production design for “Jack Strong.” She was honored with the “Master of Cinemagic” award at the 6th Cinemagic.pl International Film Festival in Warsaw.
