An acoustician whose primary interests lie in all technical aspects of sound recording and wave propagation. This led him to pursue a degree in Acoustic Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology, where he wrote three theses: “A Study of Preferred Reverberation Characteristics for Selected Music Genres,” “A Study of the Effect of Compression Parameters on the Subjective Loudness of Musical Instrument Recordings,” and “A Measurement Analysis of Diffuse-Mode Loudspeakers to Improve Their Sound Characteristics.”

He says he’s been a sound freak since early childhood. Even back then, he would express his appreciation for the music he heard by moving his fingers to mimic the VU meters on a tape recorder. At age 18, he began roaming the area with an eight-track recorder, making demo recordings of local rock bands and others.
He records, mixes (including ambisonic recordings when needed), produces, and records concerts. He designs and consults on room acoustics. As a sound engineer and specialist in the technical aspects of sound recording, he worked at Studio Leonardo 27.
