Małgorzata Zacharko—a producer and production manager driven by passion and experience, with a degree in theater studies and expertise in public relations.

Since 2007, he has run the production company Film Art Production in Kraków, which, in addition to producing and co-producing films, provides support services for German productions in Poland. “Der Usedom Krimi” (10 years of production support on the island of Usedom), “Polizeiruf,” “Im Angesicht des Verbrechens,” “Die Lebenden und die Toten,” “Am Ende kommen Touristen,” “Bittere Kirchen,” “Polnische Ostern,” “Wundersame Welt der Waschkraft,” and “Agnieszka”—these are just some of the German productions supported in Poland.

In 2017, as a leading producer, she released a feature-length documentary about Michał Waszyński titled *The Prince and the Dybbuk* (dir. E. Niewiera and P. Rosolowski), which won the top prize at the Venice Film Festival in the “Venezia Classici” category for best documentary film. “The Prince and the Dybbuk” is also the winner of the 2018 Eagle Award in the Best Documentary Film category, a nominee for the German Film Critics’ Award, the “Chopin’s Nose” award at the Docs Against Gravity festival in Warsaw, the Antoni Marianowicz Award at the “Jewish Motifs” International Film Festival, the National Chamber of Audiovisual Producers Award at the “Off Camera” International Independent Film Festival for Best Producer Debut, the “Watch the Doc” award in Barcelona, and an honorable mention in the documentary film competition in Minsk.
