A theater, television, and film actor. He is affiliated with the Ludowy Theater in Kraków.

A graduate of the State Theater Academy in Kraków. The most notable productions at the Ludowy Theater in which he has appeared include “Duets,” based on the play by Peter Quilter and directed by Włodzimierz Nurkowski (2009), “Peggy Pickit Sees the Face of God,” based on a play by Roland Schimmelpfennig and directed by Grzegorz Kempinsky (2013), and “Measure for Measure,” based on the play by William Shakespeare and directed by Mikołaj Grabowski (2016). He also performed at Kraków’s Łaźnia Nowa Theater and Warsaw’s IMKA Theater in the production “Maciej Korbowa and Bellatrix,” based on a play by Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz and directed by Krystian Lupa (2015). He began his film career with *Schindler’s List* (1993), directed by Steven Spielberg. The fictionalized documentary *Cabaret of Death* (2014), directed by Andrzej Celiński, in which he starred, was honored with the Prix Italia award for best artistic film. Tadeusz Łomnicki also appeared in popular TV series such as “Na wspólnej” (2003–16), “Pierwsza miłość” (2004–16), “Kryminalni” (2005), “Fala zbrodni” (2005), “Glina” (2007–08), “Przeznaczenie” (2009), “Szpilki na Giewoncie” (2011), “Julia” (2011–2012), “Kabaret śmierci” (2014), and “Szkoła” (2014–16).
